Shipping & Delivery
Please note that all orders are shipped standard Canadian Postal/USPS. Please allow for up to 4 weeks for delivery. You will be notified via email if your order has any back ordered items. If you would like this expedited please contact us at the time of purchase. Charges are dependent on size of package and destination of purchase. A flat rate within Canada of $8 will be added to any order less than $150. For United States orders a rate of $22 will be added. Australia and United Kingdom orders will be charged $25. For any orders outside Canada, USA, Australia, or United Kingdom please contact us directly. Please note if you are ordering internationally you the customer are responsible for any duty/customs charges that may apply. Also please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery time. Note that any orders placed on the weekend (after 12pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) won't be processed until the following Monday.

Returns & Replacements
Please contact Vogue Organics within 3 days of receiving an order if there is a defect and your product will be replaced. If you are not satisfied please let us know and we will do our best to credit you the same method you paid. Please note that in some return cases only store credit is available. Underwear of any kind will not be permitted return due to hygienic reasons (this includes any panties and/or bras). Any opened makeup and/or skincare products will not be permitted return – please be sure of the color wanted when ordering for this reason.
Ordering
When placing an order you have the option to either set up an account or order as a guest. Please note if you checkout as a guest you will not be able to view your order in the future. Please refer to Shipping & Delivery for costs and methods of shipping. Also be sure to note return policy as not all products are returnable for refund/exchange. Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Vogue Organics only accepts major credit cards online as well as PayPal. Payment must be in full (including shipping) at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change for any unforeseen reason. Promotions are subject to end at any time.
Viewing Orders
Please note you must have an account when the order is placed to be able to view your order. To check on it simply log in to you account.
Updating Account Information
Updating your account can be done by logging into your account and updating through account information, address book etc. depending what is desired to be updated.
